Dinner at Monteverde
Join Chef Sarah Grueneberg to kick off Fulton Market Harvest Fest with a one-night only, family-style dinner at Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio. Chef Sarah will cook alongside special guests, her fellow “Iron Chef Gauntlet” competitors Chefs Jason Dady and Shota Nakajima. While reminiscing about almost being an “Iron Chef," the trio will create a four-course menu filled with a bounty of fall’s best ingredients paired with wine. The evening will commence with a cocktail reception, including bubbles from Moet & Chandon.

Shaken, not stirred: intimate cocktail class at the Betty
Guests will learn how to make 3 classic cocktails with The Betty's bartender, Julianna Arquilla- a daiquiri, a negroni, and an old fashioned. Julianna will teach guests the history behind these classics drinks as well as the spirits used to make them. Guests will also take home a gift bag with a kit to make another cocktail at home.

Shuck Like a Pro: Oyster Class at Cold Storage
Come eat oysters (after you learn to shuck them) and drink champagne while Cold Storage pro shuckers teach you all about oysters including the proper technique to get them open. Learn a bit about the different types of oysters and learn to identify your favorites!

Just in time milling and baking: Class at Publican Quality Bread
Come and enjoy working with local farm grains milled just before use while highlighting flavor and texture. You will spend 1.5 hours with head baker Greg Wade making cream puffs, muffins and biscuits.

Pies and Pints: Baking Class at Little Goat
An interactive baking class with Meg Galus (Pastry Chef of Boka) and Nate Meads (Pastry Chef at Girl & the Goat) Guest learn how to prepare a fruit pie, chocolate pie, and a mini pie to take home! Plus, what goes better with pies than pints of tasty beer! Class comes with a selection of special beers to compliment your pie!

BBQ at PQM
Join Chefs Paul Kahan, Jamie Bissonnette, and Marc Forgione at Publican Quality Meats for a good ole fashioned BBQ! Grab a brew, some grilled meats and sides and enjoy a break from the fest!

Afterparty at the Izakaya
Chefs Mark Hellyar and Chris Cosentino team up to keep the Harvest Fest party going late into the night. The $65 ticket includes 4 drink tickets (beer & sake) and all of the delicious food you can eat. Cocktails and additional drinks will be available for purchase.

Coffee Party on the Roof
Coffee, coffee coffee! Join the coffee masters from Dark Matter for a bean-focused party on the Little Goat Roof! Learn a bit about the coffee making process, taste a few of their varieties as well as special coffee brewery collaborations, coffee cocktails and a variety of baked goods from Little Goat Bakery!

Sausage Making Class at Publican Quality Meats
Participate in and learn how to marinate, grind, mix, stuff and cook a variety of fresh PQM sausages. Class includes cheese and charcuterie to snack on during and mini sausages to enjoy after class.
